d-day

November 11, 2004 By Nikki 1 Comment

Though the world is in a state of disarray, more important matters are at hand.

Tomorrow at 10 am I get my hair cut. It’s the first major haircut beyond ‘just shape it’ in about 4 years since I started growing it out for the boy.

I found something perfect, in a book of knitting patterns, of all things. I’m thinking just barely beyond chin length.

I hope it turns out fresh and cute and bouncy, as I imagine, and not a reason to wear a hat for the next 6 months.
