have yourself a merry one

December 24, 2004 By Nikki Leave a Comment

I’m celebrating my first Christmas abroad (as I’ve already spent many a holiday season a broad… ba dump bump!) – I’ve finally used the wacky gas stove in my flat to make my famous banana bread (this stove has two temperatures, as my friend Gail instructed me – on and off). Tomorrow I’ll be making Pad Tofu (a Thai dish) and lemond curd & lime crepes for later, followed by a Christmas morning unbreakfast of crepes with caramelized apples and cinnamon.

If you come visit, I’ll make you something equally yummy.

Have a fabulous Christmas, no matter what you do!
