weather is, wish you were

I´m in Portugal!

I stayed outside of Cascais last night, with an acquaintance and his. It was a full house with said acquaintance, his girlfriend, their baby, his sister and his mom.

Early this afternoon I drove to Evora – there is no other word to better describe it than “quaint.” There will be lots of pictures. I found a wonderful little place to stay for the night (so far, the Portuguese have lived up to their reputation as being the warmest, friendliest people in Western Europe). I’ll stay here for the night, and then tomorrow drive up to Sevilla, Spain, and then on the Morocco the day after that. Going back to Cascais, I may drive up the coast of Portugal and on to the Studio that I’ve rented for the week.

As for everything else… I have much to say, but that will wait until later.

With all the sun and water around here, I thought it might suck to go back to Prague, but I´ll be very happy to enjoy some fall weather. As much as I appreciate the ocean and warm climates, I just can´t be without fall.
